D-Arts Dukemon to be released in the USA and Canada

Bluefin, an international distributor for Tamashii Nations has announced the upcoming D-Arts Dukemon figure will be released in the USA.

Pricing for the American release will be announced later this week.

Along with Dukemon they will be releasing Red Hawk from Jetman.

Digimon Xros Wars on Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll has began to put up the pre Young Hunters episodes of Xros Wars.

They tossed up 5, and will be adding 3 more a week.

Digimon Movies Being Re-released On DVD In Japan

On June 1st the theatrical Digimon films will be re-released in Japan for 2500 Yen a DVD.

All of the theatrical films are being re-released minus the Savers film.

Both Adventure films will be on the same disk again.

No news on if these might have new covers, although Id expect the same as before due to this series of re-releases officially being designated "priced down reissues."

The new releases will go out of print on September 27th, so if you missed out on these before due to price, they likely wont show up cheaper.

Madman Announced Digimon Adventure 02

Madman announced as Wai-Con that they have Digimon Adventure 02 and will be releasing it in the same format as they did Digimon Adventure.

These will be Region 4 (possibly others but not sure) PAL sets.

Xros Wars Simulcast and more discussion

Crunchyroll announced they will be simulcasting Xros Wars starting next week in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

For now the first Xros Wars wont be included, just the current episodes.

Also, lets continue the discussion here since the old thread is getting large.

Wada Kouji has put his career on hold due to cancer.

He had put his career on hold almost a decade ago due an illness he declined to comment on at the time.

New Digimon Shirts in Japan and Importable

In a bit less than two months there will be a nice selection of new Digimon t-shirts in Japan.

Six will be based on Digimon Adventure (with 3 different designs in two colors each.)

The seventh will be a Xros Wars design (which seems to have a smidge of Engrish on it...)

Source link goes to a listing of all the shirts in various sizes on CDJapan. The product listings themselves show the designs on the shirt, but I went with the image only version to show the text detail on a few of them.

Check the size detail information, as the size listing may not be the same as it is in your part of the world.

Xros Continuing for a Second Season Series

Looks like we will still have new Digimon for quite awhile.

The new V-Jump confirms that in October Xros will be continuing on with Taiki, Shoutmon, Yuu and new characters. No confirmation on who else may or may not appear.

One of the focus of the new series will deal with a secret between the digital world and the real world.

And we have an image from V-Jump. Hopefully a cleaner image will be coming soon.

And yes... two goggle boys.
