Digimon Fusion Battles, Xros Wars USA?
The title Digimon Fusion Battles was registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office the same week Xros Wars started in Japan by Toei.
With the similarity of the title it seems likely this title is intended to be the international title for Xros Wars (or at least was when the show started in Japan.)
Should also mention they registered Digimon Xros Wars also, so either title is likely at this point (my guess, registering the original and a 'likely' name so they have it in case a potential buyer wants one of the other.)
It's also worth mentioning that this may be proactive on Toei's part and not a suggestion that the show is coming soon. In the case of Data Squad it was a Bandai trademark (creatively trademarked without the Digimon name to possibly hide from potential searches.)
Most of this is speculation thus far, but who knows, we may know sooner than later.

Since it was asked in the forum thread while I was posting the news thread, no, this was not registered earlier than Data Squad.
Data Squad was actually filed by Bandai USA months before Savers started in Japan. This one was registered a few days after the show started by Toei Japan.

"Fusion Battles"? Reminds me of Yu-Gi-Oh or SMT or something XD Well that's not too bad of a name...I guess they don't want kids spelling "cross" as "xros" and then having angry parents claiming animated tv shows are making their children stupid... And of course, America wont have kids watching shows about "Wars"... I wonder if they'll go back to the old terms again like "Digidestined" or "Tamer" to try to get some of the old fans back too.
I noticed that the copyright has the name filed for just about everything that could be digimon-related technology-wise [electronics, video games, etc.], and also things like bags, stationary, TCGs, action figures, plush [yay!], clothes... finally an excuse to sift through the kids wear :B [...What? I still fit comfortably into kids clothes XD] Oh, and the animated series itself, that's important. Unfortunately I'm not quite sure what all this means, have they just claimed that name for all the categories listed? o.O; *slightly clueless*
Well anyways, as long as we don't get any random insert songs like the "Hey Digimon" one [oh gods] then I think it'll be tolerable. Not holding out for any good merch, except maybe plushies. I haven't see a single one released for this season yet, it's making me sad D:

Well the possible beginning of what we've all been waiting for!
Fusion Battles? Sounds a bit akward, but I can't think of anything better.

From a purely selfish perspective, I almost wish they wouldn't make any more dubs. Just means I need to memorize whatever ridiculous new names the Digimon are given so I can find them on the DMA.

Maybe use Wikimon instead....
