quick goc mini review
filesize still way to high video quality still bunk
Subtitles are the same..
so we still have http://www.db-destiny.net/snapshot20081027132632.jpg
The video size is wrong (640x496), which screws up the aspect ratio a bit (although if you convert it to a dvd it'll fix it, and most vide players let you adjust aspect ratio now).
Also...and this is just strange, the audio is 123k. Never seen 123k before...
also, the audio may be a smidge out of sync

Posting in a different post to make clear.
These ones are still sourced from the old Toei rental net service. Which was circa 2001 or 2002...or 2003, don't recall in Japan.
If you wanna officially own the series, and support Digimon in the hopes of showing there is still an audience for more, buy the episodes as they go up, but don't expect perfection. I tend to be a bit of a video whore/snob though, so it's possible what I see as 'that sucks' could be seen by someone with less of an eye as relatively good, so don't necessarily take my opinion as the final word.

Still America only though, which makes me want to smash my head into a wall at high speed. what is the point of streaming live video to only one region. (Rhetorical Question, I don't want an answer.) |
