it may be the name or it may not, alot of the names in the screenshots are 'customized' named, so supermon might just be a pun that whoever was playing thought of

Exactly, in DWDS from what I've heard, it was Darkdramon, I see no reason for BoA to suddenly change the name, especially that big of a change. Its a nickname, I named a good deal of my Digimon in Digimon Story after their tamers. In Moonlight I named most mine after other anime characters, so yeah, it was just a rather lame way to show off the naming system I believe.
